What Are Legal Notices? 

Legal Notices (also called Public Notices) are advertisements that, by Statute or Administrative Rule, are required to appear in newspapers. These notices are required of businesses, individuals and governmental bodies such as schools, counties, cities, and various taxing entities as a method of informing the general public of vital information.
